The No Business 100 is a 100-mile ultramarathon run on a single loop course. It takes place in and around Jamestown, Tennessee, with the event hosted out of Pickett CCC Memorial State Park. Course Details
The course is a 100-mile loop with approximately 14,500 feet of ascent and descent. The route begins in Tennessee, crosses the state line into Kentucky, and returns, covering terrain considered among the most scenic in the southeastern United States. Approximately 90 miles of the course are on trail. The event reverses the direction of the course each year.

The total cutoff time for the race is 34 hours. The event features 15 aid stations along the route. The 2026 edition is noted as an official qualifier for the 2027 Western States 100.
