The Nidderdale Festival Dark Skies is an exciting night trail marathon event taking place on October 19, 2024, in Pateley Bridge. A PECO Cross Country League race at Roundhay Park, Leeds, on an undulating 4.5 to 5.0 mile course. Advance online entry for affiliated club members is £7 and includes remaining league races and end of season events.

A 5 miles fell race around Midgley Moor with path and heather moorland route choices and partial route marking. The event requires navigation, FRA mandatory kit and has limited parking with entry permitted up to 100 competitors.

A Peak District fell meeting in Mirfield on 15 February 2026 with junior championship races and a senior race over about 5 km with 210 m climb. Pre-entry and on-the-day entry are offered, and the event holds FRA permit insurance.

Choose a 25-mile or 12-mile route through the Yorkshire Dales, open to walkers and runners. It starts from Cracoe Village Hall and includes checkpoints with refreshments. The event must be completed within 10 hours.
