Mullaghcarn Giant

The Mullaghcarn Giant is a mountain running event organized by Carmen Runners, taking place in County Tyrone. The race features a challenging 12 km course with a total ascent of 500 meters, culminating at the summit of Mullaghcarn, the southernmost peak of the Sperrins. Participants are advised to wear trail shoes due to the terrain, which includes boggy sections.
