Muddy Dash Salt Lake City is a family-friendly mud run held on July 11, 2026 at the Golden Spike Event Center in Salt Lake City, UT. The event centers on a 5K course that includes obstacles, mud pits, slides, and roughly a dozen "Muddy Moments" that require running, walking, crawling, wading, slipping, or sliding. Mud pits are described as no deeper than waist level. The event is non-competitive and does not focus on timing; costumes are welcome.
A pre-party offers music, a DJ, dancing, and photo opportunities before the course. The post-race festival at the finish line features a DJ, music, dancing, food trucks, food and beer available for purchase, and a party atmosphere for participants and spectators.
