Muddy Dash - Salt Lake City, UT

Muddy Dash is scheduled for July 11, 2026 at the Golden Spike Event Center in Salt Lake City, UT. The event centers on a 5K mud run course with obstacles, mud pits, and slides, plus a pre party and an after party with music, food, and beer. Kids are welcome under event rules.

The course includes about a dozen "Muddy Moments" where participants will run, walk, crawl, wade, slip, or slide to continue. Mud pits are described as no deeper than waist deep. Timing and competition are not the focus, and costumes are permitted.

Registration offers multiple package levels, including a value package with a race bib and finisher medal and a VIP package with additional branded items. Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the event at the Golden Spike Event Center. Bag check is available at the event for a fee of $5 paid onsite.

Parking at the venue may include a cash only charge of up to $20 collected by the venue; some venues may accept card payment instead and event updates will be provided to registrants.
