Mud Hero Ottawa takes place on July 25, 2026 at Commando Paintball in Ottawa. The event features a 6 km course that includes mud and multiple obstacles for participants to negotiate.
Access is provided via an all-day pass that allows participants to run the course multiple times. Finishers receive a finisher medal and a post-run celebration is scheduled on site. The event includes live music from a DJ and on-site photography.
Food trucks and vendor booths will be present on the grounds. A beer garden is available for guests aged 19 and over. The event age minimum is 12 years. On-site services listed include a bag check for 10 CAD payable in cash and parking for 20 CAD payable in cash.
