Grit & Grind Trail Race: Dunrobin Edition
The event takes place on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at Sheila McKee Park in Dunrobin. It offers a main trail race and a separate kids run.
The main event is a 5 km trail that moves off pavement onto natural terrain. The course is generally flat overall but includes roots, dirt, rocks and uneven surfaces that require attention. Routes are clearly marked and may be subject to change.
A 2 km kids run is offered for ages 5 to 12. Children should be prepared to follow the course independently; a parent or guardian may run alongside if needed.

Registration includes a commemorative Grit & Grind medal unless selecting the Green Bib option, a personalized race bib, professional chip timing with results, and post race snacks and beverages. Optional add-ons include a technical shirt and an iTab ribbon hanger. The Green Bib excludes the medal and directs a portion of the fee to the event charity partner.
Race bib pickup is available at Euro-Sports and at Sheila McKee Park on race day. For safety, headphones, hiking poles and strollers are not permitted on course. The event is not suitable for strollers or mobility devices. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
