Course

The 5 km course is a trail race with steep climbs and fast descents. It has significant vertical gain. The course is clearly marked.

Registration Details

Registration includes a commemorative medal (unless the Green Bib option is selected), a personalized race bib, professional chip timing, and post-race snacks and beverages. Optional add-ons are a technical shirt and an iTab ribbon hanger.

Fees are as follows:

  • 5K Adult: $61.86 + HST
  • 5K Youth (12-24 years): $28.13 + HST
  • Kids 2K (5-12 years): $16.88 + HST

Online registration closes on July 26, 2026.

The Green Bib option does not include a medal; a portion of the registration fee is donated to a charity partner.

Rules and Accessibility

The event is not suitable for strollers or mobility devices. Headphones, hiking poles, and strollers are not permitted on the course.
