Event Information

The Moylussa Uphill event takes place in County Clare on Wednesday, 29th April 2026. It is part of the Munster Uphill League.

The course involves a climb of 454 meters over a distance of 4.50 km. The terrain is rated as easy. Race marking is provided only at major junctions, and the use of GPS devices is not permitted.

Mandatory Kit

All runners must bring the required kit to the race. The specific items to be carried during the event will be finalized on the day based on conditions and announced at registration. The mandatory Level B kit list includes:

The Aherlow 50k winds through 50 km of forest trails in Tipperary's Glen of Aherlow. This mountain run features significant elevation gain and requires mandatory safety gear. Aid stations and post-race refreshments are provided.

This 4-mile race starts and finishes on the track at Templemore Athletics Club, weaving through the trails of Templemore Park in between. It's a blend of track and trail running on a single loop.

A 4km uphill race on Slievenamon in Tipperary, with 576m of climbing. Entry includes mandatory safety kit, and it's part of the Munster Uphill League. Registration opens in late May 2026.

A 10 km mountain run in Tipperary with 500 meters of climb. Mandatory safety kit is required, with the final carry list decided on race day. Registration opens on 25 May 2026.
