Tountinna is a mountain running event in County Tipperary scheduled for Sunday 31 May 2026. The course distance is 10.00 km with a listed climb of 500 m. The event has a maximum of 250 places.

Mandatory kit is Level B - Standard. Required items include a waterproof jacket, hat or buff, gloves, a whistle, a charged mobile phone with the emergency number stored, and a foil blanket or bivvy bag. Runners should have the means to carry the kit. The exact kit to be carried on the day may be finalised depending on conditions and will be advised at registration.
