Movement is Medicine is a challenging 16km trail and road event held in Nelson, BC, Canada. The route begins at the Lions Bluff trailhead, ascending 1200 meters to the CBC tower before traversing the iconic Elephant Mountain. Participants then descend past Flagpole and Pulpit Rock to Johnstone Road, finishing with a run or walk across the Orange Bridge into Lakeside Park.

The course includes approximately 13km of well-marked trails and 3km of road. Open to fast hikers and runners, the event features a checkpoint with basic first aid between Flagpole and the CBC tower.
