Raven Ridge Run

Raven Ridge Run is a two-day trail race at Whitewater Mountain Resort, held on July 25 and 26, 2026. Race registration will open in mid March. Entrants must be 19 years of age or older. This is a cupless event; runners should bring a bottle to refill at water stations. There are no refunds for confirmed registrations.

Both start and finish are located at the Hummingbird Lodge. The first day follows the White Queen West Ridge Trail up and returns via the Silver King Trail. The second day continues past the 10 km turn-off, follows the West Ymir Trail and Prospector Trail, and descends the Summit Trail back to the lodge.

Distances offered:

• 10 km, 550 m elevation gain, White Queen West Ridge Trail and Silver King Trail
• 15 km, 865 m elevation gain, West Ymir Trail, Prospector Trail, Summit Trail

Participants can stay overnight at Hummingbird Forest or the RV Campground. Campground amenities include power hookups, hot showers, an indoor dishwashing station, and flush toilets. The weekend features post-race music and a barbecue. The event is presented in association with the Nelson Running Club and Friends of Pulpit Rock Society.
