The Mount Helena Run is an annual 9-kilometer (5.6-mile) trail race held in Helena, Montana. Starting on historic Last Chance Gulch in downtown Helena, the course quickly transitions from urban streets to mountain trails within Mt. Helena City Park.

Runners ascend approximately 1,300 feet to the summit of Mount Helena, enjoying panoramic views of Helena, Prickly Pear Valley, and the Elkhorn and Big Belt Mountains. The race then descends back to the finish line downtown. The course features about 1.5 miles on roads and over 4 miles on single-track trails, offering a challenging mix of terrain.
