Course and logistics

The course starts at the corner of LeGrande Cannon Blvd and Silverette St on Helena's far west side. It follows LeGrande Cannon Blvd east to Tubbs Trailhead, then climbs switchbacks for a loop on the Swaney, Diretissima and Ambrose trails on the northwest flank of Mount Helena. The singletrack section finishes on the Panhandle trail, which drops to Reber Rd and returns to LeGrande Cannon Blvd for a final quarter-mile sprint back to the start/finish area.
