The 33.5 mile Ultra follows the Ullswater Way route and includes the Lowther Loop and the Dalemain Loop. The 21.5 mile Trail 20 is a single lap of the Ullswater Way without the additional loops. The Trail 10 starts at Pooley Bridge and follows the final 10 miles back to Glenridding. Feed stops are provided on the route.
Entry, logistics and rules
Entry fees are £79 for the Ultra, £49 for the Trail 20 and £39 for the Trail 10 (additional event booking fees may apply). Trail 10 runners must register at Race HQ in Glenridding and then travel to the Pooley Bridge start; an optional coach transfer is available for an extra £10 if booked in advance. Participants must carry the items listed on the compulsory kit list and must be at least 16 years old on race day; the Ultra minimum age is 18. Entry includes a bespoke finisher medal, electronic timing and event photographs available to download. There is a time limit for the Ultra with checkpoints at 18.5 miles, 30.5 miles and the finish (cutoffs given in hours since the start).
