The 33.5-mile Ultra follows the Ullswater Way plus the Lowther Loop and the Dalemain Loop. The 21.5-mile Trail 20 is a complete lap of Ullswater following the Ullswater Way without the extra loops. The Trail 10 covers the final 10 miles of the route and starts at Pooley Bridge, finishing in Glenridding. The Ultra and Trail 20 start from Jenkins Field; Trail 10 runners must register at Race HQ before making their way to Pooley Bridge.

Entries, requirements and inclusions

Entry fees are listed as £79 for the Ultra, £49 for the 21.5-mile distance, and £39 for the 10-mile distance. Trail 10 runners may reserve an optional event coach to Pooley Bridge for an additional £10. Minimum ages apply: 16 for most distances and 18 for the Ultra. Entries close when the event is full or by the Friday before the race. Included with entry are a bespoke finisher medal, electronic timing, event photographs to download, and feed stops on the route.

Cutoffs

The Ultra has intermediate and final cutoffs by distance: reach the Pooley Bridge feed station at 18.5 miles within 6.5 hours of the start, Aira Force at 30.5 miles within 10.5 hours, and the finish within 11.5 hours. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
