Montane Ullswater Way Trail Ultra, 20 & 10

The event is based at Jenkins Field in Glenridding, Cumbria, which houses the race HQ and registration. The Ultra and Trail 20 start and finish at Jenkins Field. The Trail 10 starts at Pooley Bridge and runs the final 10 miles of the Ullswater Way back to Glenridding; Trail 10 runners must register at Jenkins Field before travelling to their start.

Three route options are provided, each following sections of the Ullswater Way. The Ultra covers the Ullswater Way with the additional Lowther Loop and Dalemain Loop to make a 33.5 mile route. Runners must carry all items on the compulsory kit list and meet the minimum age requirements: 16 years for Trail 20 and Trail 10, and 18 years for the Ultra. Dogs are not permitted to take part in the races, though they may be present with supporters at the start and finish area.

An optional event coach transports Trail 10 runners from the race HQ to Pooley Bridge for a fee of £10 if booked in advance; runners may also make their own travel arrangements. Entry prices are discounted for the first 100 entries and then revert to general rates. Entries close when the event is full or on the Friday prior to race day. Included with entry are a bespoke finishers medal, electronic timing, feed stations on route, and event photographs free to download.
