The event takes place in Morgan Monroe State Forest in Martinsville, Indiana on June 5-6, 2026. It includes two primary distances:

  • 100 km
  • 20 miles

The 100 km is a trail race with about 8,500 feet of total climbing. The course surface is described as roughly 85% single track, 11% forest service road, and 4% paved road. The 100 km has a maximum time limit of 20 hours and is open to ages 18 and older. The 20 mile event uses the same loop as the 100 km and has a time limit of 6 hours 30 minutes. Both distances award UTMB index points.

Virtual option and logistics

Virtual options are offered for both the 100 km and the 20 mile distances. Participants have a multiweek window to complete their chosen distance and may record efforts using smart technology; GPS recording is recommended. Virtual efforts may be cumulative or completed all at once. Virtual finishers do not receive competitive awards but will receive event swag including a sticker, T-shirt, and a wooden finisher medallion/coaster. All virtual swag is scheduled to be mailed by June 14. Aid station support is provided on the shared loop for on-site participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
