Course and logistics
All races use a lollipop-shaped trail course starting at Horse Campground. The 14-mile loop is approximately 90% single track and horse trails with some fire road, and features rolling hills and some technically challenging sections. The 50-mile and 50K routes repeat the lollipop loop pattern with additional loops or variations; the 10K is one loop. This is a cupless event: runners must be able to carry 20 oz of water on their person at all times. Parking and shuttle arrangements: 50M/50K participants park at Horse Campground; 14M and 10K participants park at Owen County Family YMCA and are shuttled to Horse Campground. Packet pick-up is available the day before at Civilian Brewing Corps and on event morning at the Start/Finish. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
