Tecumseh Trail Challenge Festival : Yellowwood State Forest
The Tecumseh Trail Challenge is the 24th annual trail running festival held on October 17, 2026, at Yellowwood State Forest near Nashville, Indiana. The event offers multiple race distances over natural trails around Yellowwood Lake and the Tecumseh hiking corridor.

Course materials and support information are provided, including course maps, GPX files, Avenza map options, and aid station details. Drop bags are permitted for marathon and 50k runners only (one per aid station, two total); 50k runners encounter the second drop bag location twice at the Dam Aid.
Festival-style camping is available at the race site. Camping is tent only with pit toilets and porta-potties; a festival camping fee of $5 per person is collected at registration or via the event store. There are 74 primitive campsites about one mile south of the event site and additional lodging options in the nearby Brown County area.
Post-race provisions include finisher medals, age-group awards for the top three male and female finishers in each age group, on-site finish engraving, community-oriented food and music offerings, and optional apparel available if ordered by September 27, 2026.
