MoCo Dems 5K Fall FunRun

The MoCo Dems 5K Fall FunRun is an annual 5K run and walk organized by the MD District 15 Democratic Caucus in Montgomery County, Maryland. It will take place on September 27, 2026 at the Agricultural History Farm Park, 18400 Muncaster Road, Derwood, MD 20855. The event includes music and opportunities to meet Maryland elected officials.

There are multiple entry options for the 5K: an adult division for ages 18 and older with a registration fee of $35, a youth division for ages 17 and under with a registration fee of $15, and a free youth option for children 10 and under when accompanied by an adult who is registered for the 5K. The free youth option does not include a t-shirt, race bib, or race packet. Adult registration opens January 31, 2026 and closes August 31, 2026; youth registrations open January 31, 2026 and close on September 27, 2026.

All registered participants receive a timing bib, a race t-shirt while supplies last, and a race packet that can be stored during the event. Medals will be awarded to top finishers and snacks will be available at the finish area. The event is presented as an outdoor community gathering to promote community engagement and voter participation in Montgomery County and Maryland.
