Event overview

The Mill Stone 50K in Fort Mill, SC is organized at the ASC Greenway. The event offers the following distances:

  • 50K
  • 10M

The 50K is run as three 10.5-mile loops. The 10M uses one loop of the same course. Registration is open through early February 2026; mid-January is the deadline to guarantee swag size.

Course and logistics

The course runs on private green space and is almost all single-track, technical trails with some gravel road and dirt trail. There are at least two creek crossings and the trail may be muddy. Bridges that were previously damaged have been replaced and the course map has been updated on Caltopo. The aid station locations were adjusted and one aid station will be just past the five-mile mark; there will also be aid at the start/finish. Aid will provide typical ultra food and fluids. Participants are asked to carry at least one water bottle.

There will be a preview run of the Mill Stone loop in January 2026. Early packet pickup location will be announced. There are no refunds, transfers, or deferrals. Overall awards are planned for both distances and 50K finishers will receive a custom medal. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
