Miles For Meals 5K - Nashua

Miles For Meals is the 7th annual 5K run/walk held at Mine Falls Park, 7 Stadium Drive, Nashua, NH 03062. The event offers trail routes that pass through woods and along the river. Some sections are paved but most of the trail is dirt and can be uneven, which may affect stroller use. The route will remain open to the public during the event, so participants are asked to be aware and share the trail.

• 5K run/walk on trail terrain
• 3K walking route on trail terrain

Registration has a fee of $30. Registered participants receive a 2026 Miles for Meals T-shirt; registering before August 14 guarantees a shirt. Day-of attendees must pick up shirts at the event. Virtual attendees can pick up shirts the week after the event at the Meals on Wheels of Hillsborough County administrative office at 46 Milford Street, Manchester, NH 03102. Teams for fundraising or racing can be created during registration. Donations and individual or team fundraising are also available without registering for the event.

The event supports Meals on Wheels of Hillsborough County. Since 1977 the agency has delivered more than 14.5 million meals and currently provides an average of 8,000 meals per week. The organization also offers programs such as the Dine Out Club and a transportation service in Manchester aimed at reducing isolation among older adults.
