Rotary Trails 2 Ales 5K
Rotary Trails 2 Ales is a community fundraising 5K trail race at Legacy Park, 200 New Boston Road, Bedford, NH. The event is held on the park’s cross-country ski and multiuse trails and follows a looped course that begins and ends at the soccer field. The course passes through woods and open fields, crosses multiple bridges, and includes narrow sections and uneven terrain. The organizer notes roots and bumpy ground as trail hazards; strollers and pets are not permitted on the course.
Race management and timing are provided by Millennium Running. Timing results are emailed to the address used at registration. The event is capped at 500 runners, registration fee is $30, and day-of registration is available on site. The event proceeds in rain or shine; there are no refunds or transfers.
An after-run gathering follows the race with grilled burgers for participants and a beer and wine tasting for registrants aged 21 and over. Parking is directed to Riddle Brook School and nearby ball field lots; carpooling is encouraged. Participants are asked not to park on Chubbuck Road or Wallace Road to avoid towing.
