Midlands Spartan Weekend
The Midlands Spartan Weekend takes place at Belvoir Castle in Grantham, Lincolnshire. This event is a Trifecta Weekend, which provides participants with the opportunity to complete three different race distances over the course of the event. The venue features a landscape composed of hills and woodland treks.
The course incorporates a variety of classic obstacles and penalty loops designed to test participants. Multiple race distances and event formats are available throughout the weekend:
- Sprint 5K: A course covering 5 km with 20 obstacles.
- Super 10K: A course covering 10 km with 25 obstacles.
- Beast 21K: A course covering 21 km with 30 obstacles.
- Kids Race: Distances ranging from 1 km to 3 km featuring age-appropriate obstacles.
- Hurricane Heat: An alternative event format held on Friday and Saturday.
The event site includes water stations situated along the course. Spectator access is available for those wishing to view the races.
