The Middlesex Cross Country Championships 2025 take place on Saturday, 13 December 2025 at Hillingdon Sports and Leisure Centre (Hillingdon House Farm), Gatting Way, Uxbridge UB8 1ES. Races are held under UK Athletics rules (CC25/1700) and will be chip timed. Numbers, disposable chips and pins will be issued from the registration area; number collection will be from a gazebo near the finish. Toilets and changing rooms are available at the athletics track; there are no toilets on the course. The river crossing will not be used on the course. No parking is available at the sports centre or Uxbridge College; town centre car parks are listed as alternatives. The nearest underground station is Uxbridge.

Distances and race categories include:
- Under 11 Boys - 2,000 metres
- Under 11 Girls - 2,000 metres
- Under 13 Boys - 3,000 metres
- Under 13 Girls - 3,000 metres
- Under 15 Boys - 4,000 metres
- Under 15 Girls - 4,000 metres
- Under 17 Men - 6,000 metres
- Under 20 Men - 6,000 metres
- Under 17 Women - 6,000 metres
- Under 20 Women - 6,000 metres
- Senior Women - 8,000 metres
- Senior Men - 12,000 metres
Age groups are based on age as at 31 August 2025. Entry fee is £10 per entrant. Entries close on Friday, 5 December 2025 and include clubs, individuals and schools. Individual and team medals are awarded to the first three finishers and first three teams in each age group. Team scoring: first three runners score for non-senior races; senior women score first four runners and senior men score first six runners. Qualification for entry is by birth, nine months continuous residence, or having competed for Middlesex or in a Middlesex County Championship in the previous year.
