Endurance Loop Challenge in Rochester

The MFAMTL 6 hour is a timed endurance event held at Durand Eastman Park in Rochester, New York. Participants compete on a established one mile loop to see how much distance they can cover within the designated six-hour timeframe.

The event structure is divided into two distinct halves to provide variety for the runners. For the first 3 hours, participants run in one direction around the loop. For the final 3 hours, the direction of travel is reversed on the same course.

Parking for the event is located in the lots on Lakeshore Blvd, situated across from Horseshoe Road. The course is centralized within the park, allowing runners to pass the same point multiple times as they accumulate mileage. Registration for this event remains open until the day before the start.
