Medved Madness Trail Races are held at Mendon Ponds Park’s Stewart Lodge in Honeoye Falls, New York. The event features two trail distances: a Long Course around 13 miles and a Short Course around 5 miles, with the course varying each year based on trail conditions. An Early Start option is available for the Long Course.

There is a single basic aid station for the Long Course, so runners must carry their own hydration and nutrition. After the race, participants enjoy a post-race barbecue.
