The event takes place on November 29, 2026. It is an 8-hour timed event on a road and pavement course described as undulating. The event uses a 'TUGG' (Turn Up Get Going) system, meaning participants can start at any time between 07:30 and 14:30, but must finish all laps by 15:30.

Course and Participation

The course is an accurately measured 5.3 km out-and-back lap on a scenic, old disused train line. The entire route is on tarmac. Participants can complete as many laps as they wish within the 8-hour time limit, from 1 lap to 14 laps. All participants who complete at least one lap within the time are considered finishers and receive a medal. The event is open to runners and walkers of all abilities.

Practical Details

The event is capped at a maximum of 75 entrants. The minimum age for participation is 18 years. The entry fee is £32.00 for affiliated runners and £34.00 for unattached runners.
