MDOC Night Street League Series 14 - Event 2 takes place at Bosden Farm Pub and Dining, 23-25 Turnstone Rd, Stockport SK2 5XT. It is a score event with time-limited courses. Paper-based backup maps will be available in case of technology failure.

The event uses the MapRun system. Competitors may use the MapRun app on a smartphone or the MapRunG app on a watch (the watch option also requires the MapRun app on a phone). Pre-event information on the MDOC website explains how to download the app and the event. Help will be available on the night.

Entry and logistics

Entries are processed some time after midnight two days before the event. Entries after that are accepted but are not guaranteed a map. Withdrawals are possible up to midnight two days before the event; withdrawals receive automatic credit for a future MDOC event. Registration on the night is at the venue from 5.30pm onwards, where competitors collect a personalised clue sheet and a dibber if requested.

Entry fees are £6 for seniors and £3 for juniors/students, with a £1 discount for MDOC members. Both people running as a pair receive a map and must each pay. Tackle the fast, muddy Shepherds Skyline Fell Race on 1 November 2025, a testing 10 km with about 350 m of ascent and a steep descent off Stoodley Pike followed by a sharp climb. On the day entry makes it ideal for last minute runners.

Choose scenic 8.4 km or 16.4 km trails from Hartington through Beresford, Wolfscote and Biggin Dale. Finish at the village hall for hot drinks, local cheese and a goodie bag with farmhouse cheddar, crackers and a mini bottle of port.

Challenge yourself on the Soyland Moor Fell Race on Sunday 2 November 2025, a rugged 13.5 miles with about 1300 ft of ascent around Cragg Vale. Expect steep tarmac climbs, exposed moorland and classic fell terrain for experienced runners.

Enjoy autumn trail running at Delamere Forest on 2 November with 21k and 42k options on scenic trails through Blakemere Moss and Old Pale Hill. A RunThrough Trails event and UTMB index qualifier with chip timing and a medal.
