McCubbins Gulch Trail Race

The McCubbins Gulch Trail Race takes place in the Mt. Hood National Forest, located approximately 23 miles west of Maupin, Oregon. The event is centered at the McCubbins Gulch Campground and features a 6-mile trail course. Participants navigate the route by following orange ribbons placed throughout the forest environment.

The course terrain includes several natural features that require navigation. Runners encounter stream crossings, where they move through or over water, and traverse sections of steep uphill and downhill terrain.
