Course, entries and services
The course is described as a scenic tour through vineyards and is mostly grass and dirt. Registration includes a ring-spun cotton t-shirt, a shatterproof collapsible wine glass, a finisher medal (noted to double as a wine stopper), a chip-timed race bib, and online results posted by the professional timing company J3 Timing. Minors may participate but do not receive a wine glass or a pour of wine. Strollers are allowed but not recommended due to uneven ground. Dogs are prohibited on site.
Awards, packet pickup and options
Age group awards are offered for top finishers in ten-year categories from the youngest group through 80 & Over, with custom awards for the top three finishers M/F in each category. Packet pickup is conducted on race morning only. A virtual participation option is available; participants may pick up a packet and run on their own or request packet shipment for an added shipping and handling fee.
