Manuden Run

The Manuden run consists of three different course lengths through the countryside. The routes are primarily off-road, taking participants across the fields surrounding the village of Manuden. The event is conducted under the Association of Running Clubs (ARC) rules.

Available distances include:

  • 10 km
  • 5 km
  • 1 km

The primary event hub is located at the Yew Tree pub, where registration takes place and changing facilities and toilets are accessible to participants. Car parking is available in a field near the pub, close to the start and finish area. Water stations are positioned both along the course and at the finish line to support runners. First aid training associates are present for the duration of the event.

While a digital clock is positioned at the start and finish lines, participants are responsible for tracking their own individual timings. All runners who complete their chosen distance receive a medal. Age requirements apply for the longer distances: participants must be at least 15 years old for the 10 km, while those aged 8 to 13 may participate in the 5 km if accompanied by an adult. Refreshments are available for purchase at the local pub during and after the races. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
