Manitou Trail Labor Day 5K

The event is a community trail run and walk held at the Cross Country Ski Headquarters in Roscommon, Michigan, with proceeds directed to The Sundrop School to fund student scholarships for the 2026–2027 school year.

Race amenities listed include a t-shirt while supplies last, post-race snacks, a hot dog lunch and refreshments. Non-runners may purchase the hot dog lunch separately. Same day registration is available, though a shirt or race gift bag is not guaranteed for same day registrants.

Two distances are offered:

• 5K trail run/walk with hand timing and results posted later in the day; prizes will be awarded to overall and age group winners.
• 1 Mile kids fun run which will not be timed; pre-registered kids receive a race gift bag. Parents may run or walk with their children without an additional fee.

Registration fees from the organizer are listed at $30.00 for the 5K and $10.00 for the kids 1 mile.
