Maine Summit Trek

Auburn, United States • 26 Oct 2025

Located at Lost Valley in Auburn, Maine, the Maine Summit Trek for Tree is a community fundraising event hosted by Lost Valley to benefit Tree Street Youth. The centerpiece is the Endurance Hiking Challenge: participants run, hike, or walk the Access Road to the summit, then descend by chair lift or the same route and repeat to rack up elevation toward Maine’s big peaks. Each lap is about 1/2 mile with roughly 200 feet of gain. There’s no registration fee for endurance hikers; instead participants fundraise to support Tree Street Youth, culminating in an awards celebration for top laps and fundraising.
