  • 13M: one 10-mile loop plus an additional 5K on East Windham Conservation Area trails
  • Marathon: two laps of the 13M course

There are two aid stations: start/finish and a 5-mile turnaround. Both stations will offer water, soda, chips, candy, and LMNT electrolyte drink mix; volunteers will assist and drop bags are allowed at either or both locations. The course will be marked with high-visibility pin flags, directional arrows, and "LEFT", "RIGHT", and "WRONG WAY" signs. The 50K has an overall cut-off of 9 hours (listed as 17:42 minutes per mile). Awards include a wood carved Firebird medal for participants and top finisher awards for male, female, and non-binary in each distance. A pregnancy deferral is available.
