Event Format
The Made for More Ultra is a backyard-style ultramarathon. At the start of every hour, participants must complete a 4.2-mile loop. When the hour ends, runners line up to begin the same loop again. This pattern repeats hour after hour. The race does not end when a set distance is reached. It continues until only one runner remains.
That final runner must then complete one last solo 4.2-mile loop to win. If they fail to do so, the result is a DNF (Did Not Finish). There is only one official finisher and winner for the event.

Registration Details
Entry into the race is by lottery only. The lottery will select 60 participants. The lottery opens on January 2 and closes on January 4. Applicants are not charged upon entering the lottery; payment is only collected if they are selected. Selected runners will be notified on January 5.
