Mad Meadows 50 is a trail running event organized by Evergreen Trail Runs near Leavenworth, Washington. The event offers the following distances:

• 50 M
• 50 K

The course covers high elevation terrain with the 50K reaching over 6000 ft and the 50M topping out over 7000 ft. Terrain includes smooth single track along the Mad River, long technical sections, steep climbs, and punchy descents. Runners pass through areas of old growth larch and talus slopes, with views east into the Entiat River Valley and west toward Clark Mountain and Dakobed Glacier Peak.

Both distances start on Chiwawa River Road and share multiple aid stations such as Rock Creek, Minnow, Basalt, Chikamin, Mad Meadows, and Entiat. The 50M route includes a longer flat approach on Chiwawa River Road, a long climb to Basalt Pass, and a ridge section along Garland Ridge before rejoining the 50K on an out and back to Chikamin. Final miles follow singletrack along Alder Ridge and a stretch alongside Chiwawa River Road to the finish at Grouse Creek Group Campground.
