Individual county medals go to the first three finishers in each race/age group. Team medals go to the first three teams in each age group. Only first-claim, county-qualified members of clubs affiliated to L&RAA are eligible for team competition. Team scoring uses the first three finishers per club in each age group, except Senior Men score the first five and Masters Men score the first four. There will be no team awards in U20; U20 athletes count toward senior team scoring. No one may receive more than two awards. Entrants agree to UKA anti-doping rules. A 75-minute maximum applies for senior/masters competitors; after this time finish judges will not record results and first-aid cover may be withdrawn.
