"Lost One Standing" is an orienteering event set in the scenic Twilight Zone area between Silverton and Durango, Colorado. Participants tackle a new orienteering course every three hours, with the challenge continuing until only one runner remains or for a maximum of 24 hours. The event features two divisions: the blue division, which requires runners to complete courses within strict time limits, and the brown division, allowing more flexibility. The courses vary in difficulty and terrain, emphasizing navigation skills without GPS. Free camping is available for participants, enhancing the community spirit of this unique endurance challenge.
