Less Turkey, More Trot is a virtual trail event in Olympia, WA that runs from November 22 to November 30, 2025. Course and logistics

All routes start and end at the McKenny Trailhead in Capitol Forest. The course is marked, and a georeferenced map is available from Friends of Capitol Forest and on the event website for those unfamiliar with the area. Participants should record their total elapsed time on UltraSignUp after completing a run. No proof of completion is required, though participants are encouraged to submit photos for prize consideration. Awards include best race photos, youngest runners, random raffles, and other categories. A special raffle supports the food bank and prizes come from multiple donors, including running brands and local businesses.
