Course and terrain
The race uses a two-loop trail course. Runners start to the left of the parking lot at the open field of the red trail-head, then follow the Green Trail into the woods, passing rolling hills and switchbacks. The route continues on double track sections of the Red and Yellow trails and finishes each loop with a climb. The surface is mostly dirt and packed trail with some rooty and rocky sections; participants are advised to watch their footing. Race staff and course markers will be present along the route.
