Le Trail du Collège Bourget

Le Trail du Collège Bourget takes place on Saturday 24 October 2026 at Collège Bourget in Rigaud. Routes use popular trails and lesser known sections of Mont Rigaud; traces of moraines from past glaciers can be observed along some segments.

The available distances are

  • 1.2 km 32 m, age 12 and under, walking allowed
  • 5.1 km 183 m, age 6 and over, walking allowed
  • 10.1 km 256 m, age 16 and over, race only
  • 21.98 km 446 m, age 18 and over, race only
  • 30.6 km 771 m, age 18 and over, race only

All courses are marked, secured and timed. Water points are available on every distance; aid stations are provided for the 5 km, 10 km, 21 km and 30 km. Kilometre markers and clear signage are in place.

Facilities include free parking, a snack for participants, a paid merchandise shop, changing rooms and toilets. Age category podiums for women and men are awarded for each distance except the 1.2 km, where a participation medal is given. No overall podium and no cash prizes are awarded.

Regular fees listed are 1.2 km 15 CAD, 5 km 60 CAD, 10 km 80 CAD, 21 km 110 CAD, 30 km 130 CAD. Part of the event profits will be donated to the Fondation Collège Bourget. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.

Trail runs nearby

Trail race at Parc Basler in Morin-Heights offering 1 km non timed, 5 km, 10 km and 20 km on marked mountain bike trails, with medal, timing chip and an exhibitor village.

Community cross-country event at Centennial Park on July 12, 2026, featuring a 1 km loop with 1, 2 and 5 km options. Mostly grass course, manual timing and limited to 400 participants.

Trail running event in Rigaud raising funds for Fondation de l'Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur de Montréal. Distances from 1 km to 30 km, timed races with numbered bibs, medals and four aid stations.

A last-runner-standing Backyard Ultra where runners tackle a 6.7 km loop every hour. The second edition takes place at Kahnawake Marina on July 18, 2026, with a cash prize and proceeds going to Tetewatatia’takéhnhahs / Purple Ribbon Walk.
