Participants face over 4,000 feet of ascent, traversing stunning landscapes including the Seven Sisters cliffs, Cuckmere Haven, Firle Beacon, and picturesque downland villages such as Littlington, Firle, and Alfriston. A shorter 18-mile route with 3,000+ feet of ascent is also available, omitting some sections. The event welcomes walkers and runners aged 18 and over, with a 10-hour time limit.
