2025 Larry Nicholas Memorial 8.2K Trail Run is a three-loop trail race held in Mission Creek Regional Park, Kelowna, British Columbia. It serves as the final race in the Interior Running Association Trail Series and honors Larry Nicholas, a lifelong runner who passed away in the 1980s. Organized by the Kelowna Running Club with support from the Nicholas Family, the event offers a community, park-to-trail atmosphere as runners traverse Mission Creek Park’s wooded paths. The 8.2K cupless format requires participants to carry their own water. A Kids Fun Run is also part of the day, adding a family-friendly element.
