Lakeland Paws Grizedale Growl takes place on 7 December 2025 at Grizedale Forest (LA22 0QJ). The event is part of Season 4 of the Lakeland Paws series. The course runs on a mix of forest roads and trails on the south side of the forest and offers views over Coniston Water. The event is chip timed, fully marked, and GPX files are available. Runners may compete with or without dogs; when dogs run, a suitable harness is required and up to two dogs per runner are permitted. The minimum age to enter is 16 or older. The event is full and no new entries can be made.
