The Lake of the Ozarks Endurance Runs take place at Lake of the Ozarks State Park with start and finish at Public Beach #1. The event is organized as one meeting with three separate races and a post-race festival featuring food, drink, music, awards, and vendor booths. Registration includes race entry, at least one swag item, a finisher award, a post-race beverage ticket, vendor access, and a stocked finish-line aid station. Photographs will be taken and provided at no charge. Registrations made within three weeks of race day cannot be guaranteed swag, a finisher award, or a beverage ticket.

Distances offered:
- Wandering Bobcat - ~5.5 miles (heavy 5 miler) with 700+ feet elevation gain.
- Trail of Four Winds - 25K with 1,600+ feet elevation gain.
- LOZ Traverse - approximately 32 miles running plus 3 miles paddling.
Wandering Bobcat passes lake viewpoints and blooms of dogwood and finishes at Public Beach #1. The Trail of Four Winds runs through the state park with lake views, rock outcrops, overlooks, seasonal streams, and woodlands; the trail includes single track, double track, roots, loose rock, slick surfaces, creek crossings, and steep grades of 10 percent or more. The LOZ Traverse combines the Four Winds trail with two paddle crossings (kayak, canoe, or SUP) and about 13 miles of single track on the Honey Run side. Paddling participants must supply their own boat and wear a Coast Guard approved life jacket; only one person per boat.
Cutoffs, aid, and awards
Time cutoffs apply. The LOZ Traverse lists a 3.5 hour cutoff to finish the Four Winds side and a 10 hour overall cutoff. The Trail of Four Winds lists a 6.5 hour cutoff. Aid stations and drop-bag locations:
- 3.5 mile aid station
- 10 mile aid station
- 13.5 mile aid station
- 15.5/finish line aid station
- 22, 26.5, 29 mile aid stations (LOZ Traverse; visited multiple times)
Awards: finisher awards plus overall male and female awards for top three in each race; recipients must be present to accept awards. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
