Labor Day Pump and Run 5k

The 16th Annual Labor Day Pump and Run 5k, hosted by the Northern Blair County Recreation Center, features a unique format where participants can reduce their race time by lifting weights based on their body weight and age. For every rep completed, runners can subtract 30 seconds from their final time, allowing for a competitive yet fun twist on the traditional 5k race.
