The Kennet & Avon Canal 145 Mile Race (KACR) is a challenging non-stop ultra running event held in the UK, covering 145 miles from Little Venice, London, to Bristol. The route follows easy-to-navigate canal, river, and railway towpaths, including the Grand Union Canal, Jubilee River, River Thames, Kennet & Avon Canal, and River Avon paths. Runners experience scenic English countryside and notable landmarks like the Caen Hill flight of 29 locks. The race offers support with feed stations approximately every 25 miles and allows solo buddy runners from mile 77.5.
