Event Overview

The event commemorates a historical escape by re-enacting a specific cross-country journey through rugged terrain. The race is limited to 300 participants and does not permit walkers due to time constraints and the specific nature of the course.
Course Details

The trail sections are marked with various objects including rock cairns, flags, stakes, and bones. The terrain features two railroad crossings; the first is managed by crossing guards, while the second requires runners to pass under a bridge through water and mud.
