The Isle of Wight Fell Race Series takes place on Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 September 2026 at St Catherine’s School, Grove Road, Ventnor, Isle of Wight, PO38 1TT. The series also serves as the SEAA Fell Running Championships. Entries open on 22 October 2025 and close on 7 September 2026. Entry fees are: seniors £10 per race or £25 for the series; juniors (U20) £8 for The St Boniface Fell. To qualify for the SEAA Championship, competitors must pre-enter by the closing date, meet the specified club or FRA membership/residency requirements, and complete all three races.

  • The Ventnor Horseshoe - 12 km, 443 m ascent (BM)
  • The Wroxall Round - 21 km, 487 m ascent (CL)

Age limits are set in accordance with F.R.A. rules: Race 1 minimum age 12 years (at 31 December); Races 2 and 3 minimum age 20 years (at 31 December).

Venue and logistics

Race headquarters and the finish area are on the school playing fields. Toilets are available; there are no showers. Wightlink may offer discounted travel for selected ferry routes; accommodation information is available via Visit Isle of Wight. Race numbers must be collected from race registration.
