Inkom Last Man Standing 1.1 is a loop-based endurance race held on private property near 1806 North Inkom Road in Inkom, Idaho. The course is a 1.1 mile loop with about 240 ft of elevation gain per loop. The trail includes rolling hills, sustained climbs and descents, and views noted for their impact on effort and breathing.

The event follows a last-person-standing format. Runners must complete each loop within a fixed 20-minute interval. The interval clock restarts every 20 minutes and any runner who does not return to the corral within that interval is eliminated. Loops continue under this format until a single runner remains.

The property hosting the event is also home to Lavender Lane Lavender Farm and Leapknot Coffee Roasters. The loop originated from a daily walking and running route and was adapted into the current race format inspired by another mile-based last-person-standing event.
