The Original Source HYROX EMEA Regional Championships take place in London at the Olympia exhibition centre. This event serves as a major competition for athletes across the European region, offering the opportunity to compete for the title of European Champion within various age groups.

Unlike the World Championships, this is an open-entry event that does not require prior qualification for the Open Weights Divisions. However, participation is restricted to citizens of countries within the designated region, and athletes must provide valid government-issued identification to prove eligibility.
